We ponder. We innovate. We design. We amaze. We're an independent, creative gaming studio that looks beyond the confines of four walls and considers overall design. Applying many combined years of experience to create games. From the beginning our mission was to make the most of design and functionality, to give players of our games the best experience possible. We also feel that transparency is an important part of our game development process. We love the work that we do and we encourage our employees to show off their work online. A Star Falls

About The Game:

A Star Falls is a new take on the horror genre combining new techniques and technologies with classic video game horror. It will harness the power of the latest Unreal Engine and utilize the talents of a small team of dedicated game designers. A Star Falls is a first person survival horror game that will focus on melee, stealth and puzzle mechanics.

Synopsis:

Within the City of Atlanta a meteor has fallen and something dark and sinister lurks beneath the surface. You play Johnathan Albright a man who has just awoken from a coma, with no clue what has happened, only the desperate need to find his daughter. You the player are tasked with guiding Jonathan through the horrifying hospital, surviving whatever the event has to throw at you, not knowing what lurks around the corner or if the people you meet are friend or foe. Hidden messages offer clues about the events that have unfolded around you, and about the fate of those bodies littered around the hospital.

ZACHARY BRACKER

Zach has been in the game industry for well over 7 years, working as a QA Tester for many AAA studios, such as 2k Games, EA, Ubisoft, and Activision. He's here to show the world his ideas and help make his dream come true.

DANIEL BEATY

VP/ LEAD LEVEL DESIGNER
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4


Daniel grew up playing video games such as Golden Eye, Super Mario 64, and TimeSplitters 2. When he was a teenager, Daniel’s creative side led him to diving feet first into Level Design with tools such as FPS Creator and map editors for a variety of games. When he graduated from High school, Daniel decided to move forward with his game development hobby. He did this by getting his bachelor’s in Game Design from Full Sail University. Since then, he has been creating games to not only grow as a game developer but also to learn how to craft games that give the player an experience they will never forget.

LAURA STUART

LEAD Concept Artist
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 9


Growing up, Laura would constantly bed drawing. You knew something was wrong if she was not filling in her class notes with sketches of creatures and their  habitats. Her variety of skills and know how make her a well rounded fine artist. After college, She formed her own business where her skills were sharpened even more so. Using traditional and digital medias, She explores her creative brain.

MATTHEW GILLMEISTER

Lead Character artist
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4

Since he was a kid, Matt was hopelessly drawn into the many facets of video games. They were fun and engaging with exciting stories, characters, and music. More than anything though, they fueled an overactive imagination. Since then, Matt has created 3D characters and creatures for games such as Guild Wars 2 and Project Spark, as well as an assortment of other games spanning various platforms. Whatever the genre, tone, or style, Matt's number one goal is to make visually compelling and memorable characters.

 

TIM CLAGUE

Story/Game Writer
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15


Tim is a BAFTA nominated scriptwriter and an advocate for greater emotional depth in games. Tim also has accreditations as being a judge on the BAFTA Games Awards Panel. He has worked on a variety of interactive projects, from small web-based games up to being Senior Creative Designer for the large scale action MMO, “APB”. He has also created narrative based trailers for Lego, Chaos Reborn and Creative Assembly. Tim also works in ‘old media’ with his most recent feature film being the children’s mystery movie; “Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg?”.

JAIME MARCELO

Sound Designer/ composer
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4


Jaime is a multi-instrumentalist performer, composer, and sound designer living in Brooklyn, NY. After growing up in Washington state, Jaime moved to New York and spent two years at Manhattan School of Music for violin performance. His next few years were spent writing music and playing in bands while performing in Off-Broadway shows around New York City. In the process, he discovered an insatiable passion for audio recording and sound design, and is currently finishing up a BFA in Audio Technology from CCNY. There's no where else he'd rather be than on the frontier of video game audio, where the limits of music and sound are constantly evolving.

Kaylee Urwin

Programmer
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3

Kaylee has had a passion for games since she was young and was always fascinated by how they were actually created. She graduated her Honors Degree in Computer Games Programming at Northumbria University; winning the CCP Games award for Outstanding Achievement in Games Programming. She is extremely passionate about Game AI; her Undergraduate dissertation project was to create a realistic Search AI that conformed to the use of Limited Information. She is currently further studying an MSC Computer Games Engineering at Newcastle University. When Kaylee is not making games she is usually found playing them; she has a YouTube channel where she shows gameplay of various games; with a particular favor towards the horror genre.

JENNIFER GREEN

3d artist
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4

As a child Jenn would always be found with a art pad in one hand and a video game controller in the other. She was always finding ways to create new worlds through her art and has been inspired to do so following her values from her family. When Jenn realized that she wanted to pursue Art as a career path nothing got in her way. Since graduating high school, Jenn decided to focus in the Field of 3D Environment Art with additional skills in After Effects and video editing software ; Granting players an experience where reality can be anything. Doing so she received her Bachelors Degree in Media Arts and Animation and has continued down the path of mastering her craft and helping others grow along side her.
